Pata helps you find shops and service providers that sell on WhatsApp, through a WhatsApp chat and this website. Pata is a discovery service: it doesn't sell products, take payments, deliver goods or guarantee any business. Any purchase is between you and the business.

By messaging Pata or using this website you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Pata.

• Listings come from businesses' public WhatsApp profiles and may be out of date. Confirm price, stock and details with the business before paying.
• Replies are written by AI from listed shops and can contain mistakes.
• Be careful with payments and deliveries — Pata can't refund or mediate a purchase.

• Pata may list businesses using information they publish on their WhatsApp Business profile and catalog.
• Only claim a listing you own or are authorised to manage. Impersonating another business is prohibited.
• You can ask for your listing to be corrected or removed at any time on the shop owner page or through the contact details below.
• Buyers who reach you through Pata are introduced with a message saying so. Paid listing features, if offered, will have their own terms.

You agree not to:

• Spam, harass or defraud businesses or other people through Pata.
• Scrape, copy or resell listings in bulk, or overload the service.
• Use Pata to find illegal goods or services.
• Try to access accounts, data or systems you aren't authorised to use.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

Businesses keep ownership of their names, photos and catalog content; they allow Pata to display it to help buyers find them. The Pata name, logo and site design belong to Pata. WhatsApp is a trademark of its owner, and Pata isn't affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

We work to keep Pata running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll update these terms with a new effective date when they change.

Pata is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Pata isn't liable for dealings between buyers and businesses, for listing inaccuracies, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be excluded.
